Finn 8 - with trailer Just Listed

The Finn 8 was originally built in Finland as a North Sea fishing boat and copies from the original mould have been produced under licence all over the world.
Under previous owners, ' Nimiane' has travelled extensively around WA, NT and QLD exploring the coastline and inland waterways via the registered custom-built dual axle FMS trailer that is included in this sale.

The current owner purchased the vessel in 2022 and has completed a quality interior re-paint using Norglass polyurethane. Unfortunately, he is unable to complete further renovations due to a recent workplace injury.

The marine survey of Nimiani carried out in November 2022 is available for inspection and will show that all the recommended repairs and replacements have been carried out.

Also included in the sale of Nimiane and the trailer will be 2 wooden hull strakes to minimise "rolling' whilst underway (currently removed from the hull), 2 aluminium stabiliser poles and cordage to support the 2 'flopper-stoppers' (to stop rolling whilst at anchorage), a portable cassette chemical toilet (to conform with MSQ regulations in Qld), a selection of spare parts, (some old, some new), assorted past receipts and correspondence as well as all necessary instruction manuals.

Nimiane is ideal for the Broadwater, Moreton Bay and the lakes of SE Qld and is a great fishing and crabbing platform. The V-berth is set up for 2 single berths whilst the wheelhouse has been customised with a large single berth on the starboard side.

The trailer gives the new owner the option of choosing home/dry boat storage rather than costly marina fees.
