Purchased approximately 3yrs ago form a local Adelaide Shipwright this Hood 23 presents in excellent condition for a boat of this era. The owner has taken many videos of the clean up antifoul and various other upgrades as he has worked on her and sailed her in recent years. Currently moored at the Port Adelaide Sailing Club this little beauty also has a yard trailer that is in good solid condition and with a few upgrades I think it could be road registered. The Hood 23 is a great little boat with a double vberth, table that converts to a single in the Saloon and a quarter berth on the port side. She is Shoal draft with a swing keel and a total displacement of 1292. Kg approximately. The main sail was replaced in 2021 sail bag replaced at the same time she is a great boat ready to sail all important upgrades have been done.
