A very good example of a late built "De-luxe" version of the Noelex 25, as such has the "Pop-top" cabin top.
There have been two previous owners, the last who owned her for the last 25 years was located at Lake Hume - so there is no salt water deterioration and reduced UV deterioration compared to most boats. This owner used her regularly but has not used her a lot and maintained her very well.
