Sonata 6 Just Listed

"Fox-Sea" is a 1982 Sonata 6 (6m/20ft) swing keel trailer sailer setup for solo skippering with all lines leading back to the cockpit and a Selden Furlex furler for the headsails. 2 mainsails, #1,#2 and #3 headsails and spinnaker. Outboard is a 2006 Tohatsu 9.8,2 stroke, long shaft with high thrust prop. Fox-Sea has been setup for cruising with a 2 burner metho stove, pop-top covers (full weather and bug netting), boom tent and porta potti. 120AH AGM battery charged by a 50w solar panel. Combined Garmin depth sounder and chartplotter, VHF radio, electric bilge pump, auto tiller and 30 litre fridge/freezer. Companionway hatch has been converted to a slide hatch. Trailer is in good condition, registered (Mar 2026) and has an electric and manual winch. Mast raising system is easily managed by 1 person. New hubs, brakes and bearings fitted this year. Easily launched and retrieved by 1 person. 2 inflatable and 2 foam PFDs, boat hook, fenders and spinnaker pole. Fox-Sea is located at Bendigo Yacht Club Victoria and is mast up ready for a test sail.
