On the hardstand at Westernport Marina ( monthly lease $845 ).
This is a project boat halfway through a major re-fit.

The yacht is ketch rigged and a new fibreglass cockpit deck has been fabricated per the photos.
Given the refit she is in fair condition, interior and deck, and hull in process of re-paint.
Overall structurally sound. Some portlights (3) need re-bedding. New plumbing and re-wiring in progress.
Wheel and steering quadrant, onsite not fitted, 3 blade propeller and shaft on site. Perkins diesel engine (55 hp) not installed (prev running)- assorted parts( starter motor/ alternator) in adjacent steel boxes. No standing or running rigging or sails.
