Adams Carina 44 Aluminium Ocean Racer/Cruiser Under Contract

Thinking of joining the next Melbourne Osaka? or do some fast safe cruising on a budget.
This Carina 44 is aluminium with full documentation including capsize graphs and Australian Ships rego.
She was used as the plug for the sucessful Carina 44 fiberglass boats.
She has a fresh Vetus 55 HP diesel which sips fuel at 3.5 L/Hr.
The not so good.
She has is in need of a paint job and running rigging. I'm not a fan of the furler and would replace it if going sailing in anger.
The through hulls should be replaced, I will haul her out in September and hope to do these.
She has a deep draft and has an amazingly smooth and gentle motion, and feels safe in any sea, the best I have been on.
I bought her to circumnavigate however live turned out to have other plans for me.
