Kraken is a 37' Duncanson centre-cockpit. Originally built as a charter in the Whitsundays, she sails beautifully and is set up for harbour and coastal cruising. New 39hp Yanmar has 75hrs on the clock and plenty of grunt through the new 3-blade prop - see video. Half share for sale for $34,000 ono plus annual expenses - recent haul-out completed with insurance survey.
Large separate double rear berth. Sleeps family of 4 or 5 comfortably. Fridge, electric macerator head with 50L holding tank, stove, all sailing equipment, furling genoa, 70L diesel tank, 300L water tank, shower, pressurised hot and cold water, Dodger and bimini offer shade and wind protection to the centre-cockpit. There is a VHF radio and auto-pilot at the nav station.
Kraken is on a swing mooring with tender service at Gladesville Bridge Marina, costing $500 per month - worth every bit of it as you don't have to muck around with the inflatable dinghy and outboard which are included.
The 50% share is for sale as the previous partner has moved 3 hours out of Sydney and it is not getting enough use. If you want the boat to yourself any time, just say so and book it - otherwise, if we both want to go out on a particular day/weekend, we go together.

Kraken was build by Duncanson in Adelaide and has operated as a charter vessel in the Whitsundays. She has been sailed to Vanuatu some years ago and therefore is set up for blue water sailing. She was last purchased at Lake Macquarie and sailed down to Sydney with an overnight stopover at Pittwater.
