Freydis 43 (46') Owner version

The collaboration between the naval architect Erik Lerouge and the Soubise shipyard in France, with an Airex sandwich construction, gave this owner-version cruising catamaran a very respectable performance under sail. Single-handed, or with a reduced crew, and thanks to her rotating wing mast, she goes to wind at 30° apparent, tacks 90° true and glides at 13-15kn downwind with 25kn of true wind. The electronics, as well as the autopilot, were replaced by NKE Pack Racing in 2017 and the mainsail in Dyneema in 2024.
Completely self-sufficient in energy and water; solar panels, wind generator, Lithium battery and a new watermaker installed in 2017. Despite her 43' designation, her length is actually 46' and in each bow there are two crash boxes and the hull bottoms are reinforced with Kevlar for optimal safety.
