Its not often you can say that a boat above 45 feet truely offers a sports boat feel and drive but the Seary 455 Sundancer with the Zeus drives pushing twin Cummins 425 Ho engines really stands apart from many we drive with its feel on the water and response to the wheel. Flying along at 24 knots during our photo shoot and tearing into a turn in a mild sea and 15 knots was really enjoyable !

Featuring the Zues rear facing props and a tunnel design that protects the drive units these are really a step above the rest in this drive system Extremely responsive to the throttle and amazing to control via the joy stick your ability to berth and control the boat is second to none. I could have a 5 year old driving like a veteran in 10 minutes and when paired with the Zeus sky hook system holding position at the mouth of your berth or as you approach the fuel jetty will make all on board gasp with amazement. It really is that easy !

The ideal entertainer as you step aboard with seating in the Cockpit for at least 8 in comfortable lounges with a factory fitted Cockpit table to spread out the afternoon refreshments just a few feet away in the Dometic fridge under the wet bar. EVA decking under foot throughout feels fantastic and easier to clean than carpet. Overhead shade from the hardtop and extender rear awning that closes up at the end of the day with a full wrap around camper cover, open up the front screen electric hatch to allow the afternoon breeze to waft through. This is a family boat for everyone with room for all the families needs.

Step up to the raised helm with amazing vision through glass screens topped with clears allowing the wind in the face of the skipper. Room for four people at the helm keeping the skipper company, thats my whole family enjoying the day out with me instead of being lost to the fly bridge waiting for a sandwich and cold drink. Raymarine electronics, Zues sky hook, Zues control for effortless berthing, Zues auto pilot and Vessel view. What more would you need to make the driving experience any more complete ! This is an awesome boat to drive and as soft as a kitten to the hand.

Heading down the Port side companion way and the quality of this boat keeps showing through, gloss timber finishes, Searay leather seating, Stone bench tops, Euro kera twin element stove, Tappan microwave, twin cabin with privacy door, twin heads, recessed TV, Timber Venetian blinds, huge beam to the boat and head room you will really enjoy as a taller person. Plenty of cabinetry, under floor storage and natural light flowing in through the Saloon sunroof. This feels like a much bigger boat. Keeping with the theme of space the forward master berth is an island style queen sized berth with an overhead hatch, Soniq Tv with Fire Tv installed and a separate toilet and shower all within the privacy of the master berth. Close the door and the rest of the boat is a world away, a great place for the owners to relax. Heading back to the companion way the aft transverse berth sits beautifully under the helm station and converts from the rear lounge doubling the flexibility of the boats use. Fitted with a second head enclosure and recessed timber cabin door a second couple can have privacy on an overnight stay. Hard to have in many boats in this class. Should additional people find it hard to leave the boat the Saloon lounge rolls out and offers an oversized double berth so we comfortably have 6 beds on offer.

Electronically raised, access to the engine bay is at the touch of a button and allows full height access to the engines via a mid mounted access ladder. Your tech will be for ever grateful he doesnt have to bend and scrape to gain access to the workings of the boat. Being able to access al points of the engine is a blessing. Two Cummins 425 Ho Zeus drives take up residence in the rear of the boat making for a quieter than usual trip. Currently showing under 1000 hours the current owner has spared no expense in maintaining her Comfortable at 24-27 knots as a cruise th fuel curve levels out very nicely, she prefers the 26/27 knot with around 140/160 lt an hours at this speed and is capable of 30 knots plus in the right conditions. Fitted with a fresh water flushing device through the water intake extra care has been taken by the current owners to keep her at her prime.
