With a neat and practical custom interior and a full galley to port, the yacht has two large quarter berths in the aft, a single berth opposite the settee berth, and a V-berth forward with a forward port side separate head and shower.
Alicia is powered by a 24HP Bukh diesel - low hours and just fully serviced.
It comes with a brand new rig, newly rewired, and a big suite of sails, wheel steered, solar panels, and new batteries. The vessel also has had new hatches and windows fitted and hull and deck re-spray.
