Let me walk you through Blue Dolphin, on boarding you will notice the solid stainless hand rails, great for safety, the cockpit is fully covered, terrific in hot and cold weather, the seating area can be very open, or a section of the floor lifts to ame up a large double bunk, or lifted further to make up a table, easily seat 5, lovely to dine alfresco!
The helm is a hydraulic system, Simrad nss8 GPS, with matched auto helm, the helm chairs allow for long periods on watch in comfort.
Down below, a very airy cabin, a double quarter berth to port, under this bunk birth house batteries and start batterys, the xantrax battery charging system along with the solar input. As a note, all the lights are LED, the solar plus the engine easily keeps up power requirements.
The galley to starboard has a large fridge, Metho stove and oven, this works extremely well and is very safe, there is no gas on the boat! The sink is single deep with hot and cold taps, plenty of Bechtel space as well as loads of storage.
Moving towards the bow, to port is sea berth, with lee cloth, to starboard is the settee, the freezer being under the seat, again plenty of freezer space for long range use. The settee easily seats 4, or can be made down to a double bed!
Moving toward the bow, to port is the hanging storage, to starboard the head and shower room, plenty of water, 1265 litres in 3 tanks.
In the bow is the v berth, we turned this into a double, very comfortable!
