Westsail 32 for sale. Well kitted out and ready for blue water sailing adventures. Import duties will be paid by me, the seller. Currently on a mooring in Gove, NT. This is an "As is - Where is" type of sale since there are no haul out facilities or surveyors in Gove, the nearest are in Darwin. I am happy to knock off the cost of a return flight between Darwain and Gove off of the agreed sale price. She was last anti-fouled in July 2024 during an extensive maintenance overhaul on the hardstand. I have sailed her from Tonga to Gove and I am selling because I need to move back home to Europe for work and personal reasons. However, if needs be then I could potentially do a delivery / shake-down sail with the new owner from Gove to Darwin.

The stern anchor (20kg Danforth type) has 10m of 8mm chain attached to about 40m of 3 strand nylon rode. The stern anchor can be used as a secondary bow anchor if needed as there is also a secondary bow anchor chain of about 20m attached to about 40m of 3 strand nylon rode in place. The boat has a Lofrans Tigres electric anchor windlass, but I have disconnected the electric power to reduce maintenance and electrical loads, and I just use it on manual. All new electrical wiring in 2024. Also has a Starlink Flat High Performance dish for full internet anywhere in the World. There is 880 Watts of solar panels fitted on the boat and a 350W wind generator. The electric motor runs off a 72VDC battery bank (made up from six 12VDC batteries wired in series). The drifter, jib and the staysail are almost new, just used from Tonga to Aus. The mainsail has about 4,000nm on it and is still in good condition. The tri-sail has never been used. Furlers on the jib and staysail. 3 reefing lines in the main. All working lines lead back to the cockpit. There is also a Windpilot wind vane and a spinnaker pole.
