'Charisma II' is a well kept Cole 23 with with a reasonably new Tohatsu 9.5hp outboard with electric start and electric tilt. The Cole is a great boat for its size it has a generous cockpit with bimini, accommodation for 5 people, and a well appointed galley with a new 12 volt fridge. 'Charisma II' comes on a good trailer and although I have no evidence the owner believes the rigging was done in 2019.
