One Mo' Time (OMT) is a 38' (11.6m) monohull yacht with a 7/8th fractional rig built under survey in 1987. Her sleek design large deep solid lead fin keel and large fin rudder make her a comfortable, well mannered, attractive, strong, fast, reliable, seaworthy boat. She is well kitted out and has had significant renovations since 2023. These include:
New standing rigging installed May 2026;
New Profurl C320 headsail furler, May 2026;
New Yanmar 3YM20C diesel motor commissioned April 2023;
New motor controls and Yanmar instrumentation, April 2023;
New 240Ah AGM batteries, 2026;
New tinned marine wiring, fusing, panels, switches, Anderson plug, etc 2023 to 2026;
New Muir anchor winch motor, 2024;
New Jabsco fresh water pump, 2024;
New Victron electrics including Galvanic Isolator, Smart Solar Controller, Smart battery monitor and Argofet, 2023;
New Raymarine Auto Pilot, May 2025;
New Raymarine 5 VHF Marine Radio with DHSS, 2023;
New Varta LED navigation lights, 2024;
New lazy jacks, 2026;
New fresh water hoses, 2023 to 2026;
New perspex windows, 2024;
New GME bluetooth stereo, 2024;
Last antifoul; November 2025;
New flarepack; March 2026; and
Other new things which I'm sure we've forgotten.
OMT has a brilliant Targa setup with integrated bimini, spray dodger, tender davits, tender motor bracket and solar panels. The solar panels sit behind the end of the boom keeping them out of its shade, ensuring reliable charging during long sailing trips. There is also a Victron shore power charger and all batteries are charged from the alternator when the motor is running.
There is approximately 400 litres of fresh water storage and 90 litres diesel storage built in.
The sails include a large main with 3 reefing points and boom bag storage, #1 genoa and #3 headsail with UV strips, #4 yankee, spinnaker with mast mounted spinnaker pole or removable bowsprit if preferred. All controls lead back to the cockpit which has 8 winches. The cockpit is reasonably large and has a table/s. Cockpit cushions are also included. Bright LED cockpit lights are installed.
Ground tackle includes a reliable Rocna anchor on just under 50m of chain and a large second anchor. A long anchor warp is also included. The mooring lines are 16mm nylon lines.
Below decks headroom is good in the saloon at over 6 foot. The galley has a large fridge, cutlery storage, sink and oven/grill with 2 burners. Saloon has chart table and seats on either side with dining table. The seating can be turned into a single and double bunk. Two double cabins are installed at the stern and a V berth in the bow. The cabins have doors but currently we prefer to sail without them. There is a lot of storage both under the bunks and enclosed side shelving.
Raymarine electronics including multi function display, AIS, pilot and ACU with top of the range linear drive.
Plenty of extras, spare ropes, rigging and other goodies also included.
