Opportunity to share in a classic Moreton Bay timber cruiser. Built in 1945 by the famous Wright shipyards - investigation of providence indicate it may have been used as navy vessel at the end of WWII. Looking for expressions of interest from like minded enthusiasts who appreciate the appeal and effort involved in being the custodian of a vintage vessel! Will also consider outright sale.

Perfect weekender, entertain friends, Sunday lunch, holidays aboard. Suit family, retired and young enthusiasts of classic timber cruise boats.

We've had her since 2015 and put a new galley and dining fitout in November 2016 - professionally done. We also added a sun roof. We've holidayed on Sydney harbour, Pittwater, the Hawkesbury and Botany Bay - a great family boat. Mostly we've spent weekends in and around Manly and Middle Harbour, and now in Pittwater and Cowan creek.

Looking for compatible partner with some experience in timber boat maintenance or willingness to learn. Open to discuss running costs / maintenance sharing based on skills and contributions. The price is for a half share (50%).

Over the last 12 months we've spent over $100k in two phases of restorative work with one of the best shipwrights in Sydney and she's looking great! Repowered in July 2019 with a Volvo Penta 55HP Diesel. Reliable and smooth - and now with a brand new propellor cruises at 7 knots. Perfect for Pittwater.

Sleeps 5-6 with up to 3 in the V berth and the rest on the fold down dining table and fold out lounge seat.
