Spencer 44 Centre Cockpit Just Listed

You might not be familiar with Spencer Yachts from Canada. Spencer Yachts was a partnership between Phil Hantke and famous designer John Brandlmayr.
Over the years, dozens of different models were produced in sizes ranging from 28 to 53 feet. The company developed a reputation for high quality and offshore capable yachts, particularly with the 35,44 and 53 foot models.
Mustique is a Spencer 44 centre cockpit yacht and she is nothing short of magnificent. The build quality is second to none, solid hand laid fiberglass below thew waterline, airex core laminate above and a solid teak deck.
Mustique is a classic looking beautiful boat without the maintenance. She is owned by one of Victoria's premier shipwrights and nothing has been spared on her. Rigging is only 5 years old, Quantum sails including a full battened mainsail, bow thruster, bulletproof Isuzu truck engine, folding prop, she has had a full hull peel and new epoxy bottom, hydraulic steering, autopilot and the list goes on.
