The Bavaria 42 C is a much sought after twin helm family cruiser and club racer. Northern Moment is one of the last of the C series - has been highly optioned, well maintained. She has been cruising in Asia fulltime since 2022
She is a spacious cruiser with generous head-room and plenty of accommodation for the whole family, with three separate double-berth cabins and twin heads. She is very stable and safe - being a J and J design to European CE certification cat A - Ocean - this covers largely self-sufficient boats designed for extended voyages with winds of over Beaufort Force 8 (over 40 knots). In addition she is safety equipped to Aust. Sailing CAT 3 - off shore races across open waters. She was heavily optioned from new - including additional water tanks, upgraded anchor winch, upgraded and additional winches, and cam clutches, spray dodger, bimini, BBQ, side gates, and spinnaker fit out.
