The vessel is in generally good condition the coach-house has some wood rot and requires repair. The deck is sound and solid. Sails are in good condition and the standing rigging is in very good condition.
The wiring harness on the motor needs to be re-wired and the owner hasn't the time to complete. Going for cheaper than the new motor cost, this one won't take much to do up and have her back cruising.
