Boat is a going concern (by 9.8 tohatsu outboard) in the marina and is in the process of being converted to a seaworthy small houseboat which is very economical to power along at a good speed.
A lot of work has been done to get boat to present stage and so the hard work has been done.
The hulls of the boat are being well maintained and are in good condition with no osmosis and with antifowling on them. With extra antifowl on them the hulls are easy to rub down because of the shallow draugh. This means they can go on for about 5 years or more between antifowl applications if things are done properly.
Chain plates and mast mounting and other fittings have not been removed yet and mast, boom and mainsail are available.
