Looking for prompt sale due to change in circumstances.
Selling this beautifully, professionally built Adams 40 Steel Boat only recently anti-fouled and surveyed last month (can provide invoices and survey upon request). The boat has been run regularly, comes with a low hour Yanmar engine that runs nicely with no smoke fumes present inside. The boat has a new bow thruster that works extremely well and the boat is responsive in its steering.
From the outside, this boat is a one of a kind with a well maintained hull, stainless steel rigging, multiple extra sails, GPS, depth instuments, Radar, and a history of travelling around South East Asia. This is a live aboard, off grid vessel with solar panels, wind generator, eletric toilet, long range fuel tank and multiple extra batteries.
If I was to recommend anything this boat needs, it has a drop keel (swing) that will be a simple fix due to it being stuck up by barnacles and growth. I have already adjusted the price to account for this expense. I would recommend some running rigging to be replaced but only a couple lines.
This is a wonderful boat that would suit any couple, family or sailing enthusiast who wants a solid steel boat with very little work needed.
