Castle Marine - Vivacity Just Listed

We have owned this delightful small yatch for almost 25 years, during our 40s and 50s. It has been wonderful to have our own boat to take out on the waters of Botany Bay, sailing and motoring, for fishing and swimming in beautiful water places.
Initially we motored the boat from Hermit Bay Sydney Harbour to Kogarah Bay off the Georges River, with a hired 15HP engine. We have also had coastal sails, one from from Kogarah Bay to Jibbon Beach at the mouth of Port Hacking, staying over night on the boat and sailing back.
The bilge keel enables us to beach in lovely locations. It has a limited height cabin and forward hatch with two single berths which fit under the cockpit and a triangular "double" berth at the bow. We replaced its original sails a few years ago.
