These kayaks can be peddled with the highly efficient Mirage Drive, Sailed, Paddled, or attach an Electric Motor or Petrol Motor.
There are many different electric motor options available that can be either inserted where the Mirage Drive goes, or side mount, or rudder mount.
Very comfortable Vantage seats, with many adjustments
Mirage drive peddles with forward and reverse direction. This is very handy if you are approaching a pontoon, jetty or other boat. Gives full power in both forward and reverse directions. Makes shallow landing easy. Very adjustable from kid size to tall adults
Kick Up peddle fins that automatically go back into place once obstacle is cleared
The boat has had little use, and normally been garaged.

This Hobie Tandem Island was setup by an experienced Hobie kayaker for expedition boating.
I purchased this Hobie because I could see that it had been fantastically set up by a highly experienced Hobie expert.
The previous owner, Michael Carew, has 2 very interesting videos of this boat on his Michael Carew YouTube channel. You will see from his other videos that he is an adventurer. So you can be assured that he has set this Hobie Tandem Island up with the upmost care!
Yes, you can buy all the individual additions, however, bringing it all together correctly is not that easy, and would be very time consuming!
Unfortunately, ill meant he didn't do any expeditions, and only used it lightly a few times. I am the second owner. I am going through a divorce, so the boat has to go. I have also only used it a few times.
