The newest Beneteau Oceanis 38.1 in Australia, ready to sail away today.

With close to 1,000 built, the Oceanis 38.1 is one of Beneteau's most successful designs, and Sovereign was the last one delivered to Australia. Step aboard and it's easy to see why the model won over the sailing world. A huge cockpit and swim platform make for relaxed days on the water. Her designers also carried the beam well forward, so she has the interior space of a much larger yacht.

She comes set up for time away: three double cabins, bimini and spray dodger, and a gas BBQ. She's built to Beneteau's exacting standards, sails beautifully under autopilot, and is genuinely seaworthy. Raymarine electronics, an electric anchor winch, a stack-pack main and a furling genoa make her easy to sail short-handed, and the bow thruster takes the stress out of berthing.

Sovereign is currently in 2C, 2D, 4C and 4D survey, which makes her an ideal option for an owner looking to earn income from the boat. Her engine was serviced last month, and she was polished and antifouled at the same time. She's ready to make the most of the summer ahead.
