TRAINING & FAMILIARISATION
Your safety and confidence on the water are important to us. All new shareholders will undertake two days of practical training and yacht familiarisation to ensure they have the necessary skills and competence to operate the Hanse 315 safely and confidently.
Training is tailored to your previous sailing experience and covers:
Yacht systems and equipment familiarisation
Sail handling and short-handed sailing techniques
Berthing and marina manoeuvring
Anchoring and mooring procedures
Navigation and safe passage planning
Safety equipment and emergency procedures
Training: 2 days at $500 per day ($1,000 total). (1 day's training if you hold an RYA Dayskipper qualification or higher / equivalent at $500 for the day).
