At Pacific Point Marina (was Horizon Shores) we are offering a long term rental of our 11 metre berth.
The Marina is fully serviced with all services and cafe, laundry, boat lift etc and two shower/ toilet blocks close to the finger.. See more on Marina map in photos.. It is between Jacobs Well and Cabbage Tree Point, less than 15 minutes from Yatala or Ormeau on M1.
The berth is very well sheltered from prevailing winds, in the West Haven section of the marina, and has water and electricity to the berth. Each 'arm' of the Marina has a protected locked gate for security.
Marina quotes the berth rental at $8,839 per year in advance. OUR private price is $7,500 per year in advance or $2200 per quarter in advance.
You could also choose monthly payments of $800 per month, but we would need a 3 months in advance payment to be maintained.
Your boat must be insured, as the Marina require the paperwork on file.
