D Pier is known as the friendly pier, we have really enjoyed our time here and have made some very special friends, reluctantly the time has come for us to move on, we have owned this berth since December 2020,
D7 is very close to the car park and facilities. Makes for very easy access. No long walks. The pier finger is on the starboard side, bow in, Water and shore power is available.
D Pier has recently under gone renovations with significant improvements, The berth comes with near new finger fenders, we will leave the existing mooring lines & catch lines. These may need changing for a different vessel. Currently a yacht with a draft of 1.5mtrs, berth dredging by arrangement with the marina management.
Excellent on site facilities - 24hr on site security, secure carpark with 2 parking spaces per berth, locked gates to piers, (electronic access only), showers and toilets, Dairy, laundromat washing machines and dryers, discounted haul out/yard rates for Hobsonville tenants. Live aboard status is allowed with Marina Management approval.
The Belair Ferry to the city comes and goes from C pier.
Yearly OPEX (On going Operational and maintenance Cost Paid to Marina)
2024/25 year currently $9130.96
Monthly payment $817.98 by direct debit as per marina management, Paying Monthly includes a 7.5% surcharge, These fees are subject to change by the marina management each year.
Shore power usage invoiced by marina management, berth holder to pay.
Licensee's proportion of OPEX (. 1578%)
Renewal date 6th October 2025,
Final expiry date 7th October 2035
