Colin Ayres Catamaran Imp 33 Extended to 35ft Under Offer

Change of circumstances forces the regrettable sale of this 35ft Colin Ayres IMP live aboard catamaran.

She is very unique with a 180HP (recently serviced) Yanmar which has a top speed of 11knts and cruises at 8knots. Bow thrusters in each hull and a movable Mercury Bravo 2 leg, also recently serviced, all controlled from the helm allow for very easy manoeuvrability.

She has been extended to 35ft with a large fishing platform at the stern featuring one mechanical and one electric cray pot winch perfect for extended fishing trips. Also, can be used to store the tender.

At 35ft long and 4.2m wide there is ample space to live aboard and huge deck space and cockpit. Interior includes 2 double cabins and 2 singles, one of which is currently used as a workshop. Large saloon which can also be turned into a double. Full kitchen in one hull and hot shower with electric macerator toilet in the other pontoon. Full head room throughout.
New clears have been installed around the cockpit and she has a large shade Bimini covering the entire cockpit and fishing platform with plenty of space for additional solar panels.

The furling headsail requires new UV strip and needs a clean as does the main.

Out of water Survey from 11/23 available which was when she was last anti fouled.
