Ripping Yarns was well built by owner and Geoff Cruise of Multihull Yacht Services P/L using the finest quality materials available even today, epoxy, glass, kevlar, divyicell foam core. With her fine hulls and weight of 2.7 tons she is a delight to sail even in light winds. I have owned her for 23 years, after strengthening and lengthening to 35 ft and converting daggerboards to mini- keels, she was sailed single handed from Australia to New Zealand and the pacific islands for 6 years. Back to Australia and now in Tasmania. She is in good condition tho needs new sails and rigging. Will consider small van in part exchange.
