A very comfortable and sea worthy entertainer.

Pacific Spirit is an "Island Spirit 401" manufactured by Fortuna Yachts in Cape Town South Africa and commissioned in 2006.
She is a proven cruising catamaran being sailed single handed from Figi to Australia by the previous owner. As well as being a spacious live aboard there is also ample room for entertaining.
She has galley up on the bridge deck, 2 head compartments, 1 shower compartment and sleeping quarters for 9 people.

Cockpit
Raised double helm seat starboard side provides excellent visibility with protection provided by covers.
Port side has a fixed triangular table with l shaped corner seating including cushions. Seating also houses the gas locker and an icebox.
Cushioned seating is across the rear of the cockpit together with a timber bench seat above.
The Cockpit has a full width hard cover supported by stainless steel framework.
Helm has all instruments built into the bulkhead including chart plotter, compass, autopilot, wind and speed instruments and engine gauges.
Port stern scoop has a hot and cold pressure shower and a swim ladder.
Starboard stern scoop has a saltwater wash down.
Two large storage lockers are under the cockpit floor.

Saloon
Galley is to the port with large and small double sinks built into Corian bench tops.
3 burner propane stove top with under bench oven and built in griller.
Built in Isotherm stainless steel front refrigerator and separate freezer.
Navigation station is to starboard with built in UHF and VHF radios, electrical panels and battery monitor plus water maker control panel, AIS transceiver, EPIRB, remote helm station, radio/cd/mp4 player.
Dinette area has a large triangular table with double door storage underneath and is surrounded by ample corner seating.
Moveable stools can be used at either the inside or outside dinettes.

The starboard berths are similar to the port side except the forward berth has an entry through the bulkhead to another single berth.
Starboard also has a full size enclosed shower with a vanity and electric head

Easy access to the saloon roof is via steps fitted over the forward facing windows which also provide great cabin shade.

The boat has been recently slipped and anti- fouled and anodes replaced in October. It was last surveyed in May 2021 for insurance purposes. A 3 metre Mercury Inflatable Tender fitted with a 5hp Mercury engine is included.

Pacific Spirit is a very comfortable and spacious catamaran and is situated in beautiful Soldiers Point on a private mooring which is transferrable with the boat.
