Muzikal is a well-maintained 2012 Lagoon 450F that has been in our charter fleet all of its life, and has many more years of life in her yet!
These boats are not only popular for charterers, they are also known to be great liveaboard cruisers.
Option one: Full purchase
Price : EUR430,000
With this option, the Owner receives 65% of the income from the charters after agency
commissions are deducted, the charter operator receives 35% of this income.
The Owner is responsible for the running and upkeep costs for the boat.
The Owner has free use of his boat at anytime that the yacht is not booked or optioned for charter.
The Owner may book as many weeks use on his own yacht that he wishes.
No confirmed booking or option will get cancelled because the Owner likes to use the yacht for the
same or overlapping dates, and no confirmed Owners use dates will get cancelled by a charter
being booked for same or overlapping dates.
Option 2: Financed purchase:
Price: EUR215,000
With this option, the charter company receives all the charter income over the five year contract to
finance the remaining 50% of the full purchase price, and the owner has no obligation for any of
the boat expenses during the 5 year charter period, all risk is with the charter company.
The title of the boat will transfer to the buyer at the conclusion of the 5 year charter term.
The Owner will be able to use the YACHT when the boat is not booked out on charter or scheduled
maintenance as follows:
The OWNER will have personal use of the YACHT for a total of six weeks per year when it is not
booked for charter or undergoing scheduled maintenance, excluding the high season defined as
the periods from 20th December to 9th January, 7th February to 4th March, and 19th March to 30th
April.
This allowance includes limited reciprocal use of up to two weeks of these six allocated weeks,
subject to the availability of vessels of similar specifications rio the OWNERS and owned by Group
Island Spirit in other charter fleets owned by Group Island Spirit, with a notice period of 45 days or
less for reservation.
The OWNER will be provided electronic access to the YACHT's booking schedule, enabling them
to view the yacht's availability and request bookings as preferred.
