'Arena' is a 2019 Lagoon 46 listed exclusively for sale with YOTI Queensland. Comprehensively specified and immaculately kept by her two fastidious owners, she is berthed at Sanctuary Cove and absolutely worth inspection.

To say her current owner is fastidious is an understatement! His regular and thorough onboard checks come from a solid mechanical background as a vessel and truck fleet manager. He treats this rigorous maintenance schedule as a hobby.

'Arena' was imported by TMG Yachts (previously The Multihull Group), the importers of Lagoon in Australia, and further upgraded by her owners to be an exceptional, fully specified, turnkey vessel. She has the upgraded 57-hp Yanmar engines, is fully air-conditioned, and was specified with a large-capacity watermaker, an 11KVA genset, 1.75 kw solar on a custom stainless-steel frame, Washer/Dryer, a full array of electronics including AIS and radar, a new bow-thruster and tender with electric start 20hp outboard.

Her new Victron Lithium battery management and remote monitoring system allow safe and transparent control over all important vessel systems. With 1500a/h of new Lithium batteries coupled with a massive solar inventory and remote/ automated generator control, the current owners can quickly modify the vessel's mode so that when they are off the boat, all important systems remain operational.

On first inspection, 'Arena' appears like a new boat. Her rigorous maintenance schedule extends beyond 'normal' mechanical maintenance and includes a weekly wash and regular polishing.
