2012 Leopard 44 Owner's Version - Three Cabins
One owner since 2014. Our family has sailed this well-maintained bluewater cruiser to beautiful places like Vanuatu, the Solomon Islands, and along the east coast of Australia.
Recently upgraded to a brand new top-of-the-range Raymarine screen. Recently upgraded watermaker pumping over 130 litres per hour. Rigging and mainsail just three years old. Two extra solar panels added two years ago for super fast charging. New windlass and anchor winch two to three years ago. Hull recently stripped back, antifouled and fully redone. Large generator with air conditioning in every cabin. Upright fridge and freezer updated two years ago for easy access.
Full custom clears around the cockpit, turning it into a beautiful all-weather sailing boat. Complete mozzie nets on all hatches, perfect for family entertaining.
Currently in Bundaberg, heading to Hervey Bay soon for haul-out, cut and polish. One engine requires major work to repair, so we've decided to fit two low-hour engines with only 600 hours each instead. Current engine hours around 2700.
Spacious saloon, well-equipped galley, and comfortable cabins. Ready to create incredible memories for its next family.
Serious enquiries only.
