Nautitech 40 Open launched in November 2023 available in Tahiti from April 2024.
In 3-cabin owners version, the boat was purchased for an extended cruise. Nothing has been spared in the setup, which is perfect for fast cruising very comfortably.
The boat has a upgraded hydranet square top mainsail and hydranet self-tacking genoa. There is the full gennaker deck fittings with bow sprit and gennaker on an endless furler. There is an electric winch on starboard to manage the halyards and an additional winch on port for the gennaker.
The instrument pack is B&G with all upgrades possible. Chartplotters at each of the helm stations as well as at the chart table and autohelm at each helm station. So you can pilot the boat from the position you choose. There is a forward scanner for accurate depth information and an infrared camera for better visibility when manoeuvring the boat. The owner has added a My Team Talks hands free communication headsets, so you can sail stress free with our crew.
Add to this the complete pack of ocean sailing, so AIS, Radar, IridiumGO and Starlink. With this setup you have all bases covered and excellent access to information.
The engines are upgraded 50Hp with folding propellors and only 250 hours. The electrical system is of course lithium battery based (600Ah) with 1200W of solar and 3000W inverter. The watermaker is a 60l/h. The safety kit is complete, and incudes add-ons like an offshore medical kit, EPIRB and a narguile with a 17m cable allowing you to check you anchor or any other under water maintenance. The dingy is a 3.10 RIB with a 10Hp engine stored on davits.
The boat has a coppercoat antifouling so maintenance free for many years.
The interior in has 3 cabins with owners hull and drop down saloon table. There are galley and cockpit fridges, a gaz plancha and electric fresh water toilets. Included are household items like galley equipment and comfort mattrasses.
