Simpson 10.5 Sail Catamaran Just Listed

A very clean and excellent condition Simpson 10.5 Sail Cat with many recent updates.

Tried and tested design and a very capable vessel that's easy to handle. Well maintained with two very economical and reliable Yanmar Diesel engines. Outside all the windows are in great condition with a professional re-seal completed end of 2024. The trampolines are in great order and the deck, sides and cockpit all have non skid surfaces. Easy access on and off via the two stern scoops with steps.
The self draining cockpit has a semi hard top with a tinted hatch above the helm allowing a clear view of the main sail.
Plenty of storage in the seat lockers. There are seating areas on the Port and starboard of the cockpit an adjustable helm seat.
The main sheet and jib winches are all within easy and safe reach.
The helm houses a Raymarine Hybrid touch plotter/gps/sounder, Yanmar engine controls, displays and the Raymarine autopilot. There is also a remote auto pilot control housed inside the salon.

Access to the salon is via a hinged door. Inside there is an L shape Lounge offering seating for 6 adults in comfort. The table is adjustable and can be lowered with an infill cushion to form a daybed or extra berths if required. There are two stools stored under desk /chart table that offer further flexible seating. Plenty of windows all around and opening hatches and sliding windows to the cockpit offer plenty of ventilation and natural light. There is a sizeable desk / chart table to the port side with further instrumentation comprising of a speed and depth log and a wind gauge. To the starboard side there a few steps down to the good size galley with twin stainless sinks, twin burner gas stove and oven,
and a microwave. There are good size work benches with plenty of storage below and to the sides. Just aft of the galley is another storage area with 2 fridges that can act as freezers or one of each.
Forward of the galley is one double cabin with good storage and a hatch just above the bed. Further forward is as shelved storage area with rails and hangers. To the port side there is a long lounge, in the midships, with storage and access to the electrics board and isolators. In the aft is a good size head / bathroom with an electric toilet and macerator, hot and cold shower and sink. The floor has an in built drain. Forward, in the port hull is the second double cabin with the same arrangement as the starboard side.
Plenty of storage and again forward shelved storage and hanging space. On the forward deck we have thr trampolines that are in great order and easy access to storage lockers as well as the anchor and winch. There are sturdy stainless rails all around and a step up to the mast.
