Reverie III is in very good condition having been very well maintained by her current and previous owners.
Her exceptional build quality, fibreglass and foam-core construction, and well designed layout will appeal to someone who knows what goes into creating a solid stiff boat that was built to last and be trouble free (no balsa no ply). It is a well-built, safe, easily handled, comfortable live-aboard boat that sails beautifully.
The helming position offers great visibility with comfort and protection from the elements. The rear sunshade cover can be left up whilst sailing. Visibility is great when docking with the above helm hatch. The boat has high quality glass windows so no future crazing, no reflections and great visibility. The saloon has full-standing head room (184 cms) and 360 degree visability. Her layout makes her a wonderful and relaxing place to be at anchor. The general layout of helm position, running rigging and winches makes her very easily solo sailed. Raising and lowering the mainsail is a breeze with her new Ronstan ballslide sailcars and 2:1 halyard system. Raising the anchor with the handheld remote control and getting her underway is easily done single-handed.
Recent maintenance: engine service, new seals on hydraulic steering system, windlass service, rebuilt raw-water pumps, outboard service, 2:1 halyard on mainsail and new ballslide Ronstan sailcars, antifouled, new anodes.
Reverie III has no leaks, no osmosis, engines are in great condition, all systems are well maintained and functioning perfectly. The boat comes with many spares and tools and everything you need to cruise. She is turnkey ready to set sail on a big adventure (Australian registered vessel) or remain at Airlie and enjoy the season. She is berthed at the Coral Sea Marina. Berthing fees paid up unitl May 1st -- can be extend.
A recent marine surveyors reports states: "This vessel is in very good condition both internally & externally" (Available to view).
