Standard Adams layout with galley to port as you come down the companionway and navigation station to starboard. Access forward is to port of the centreboard beside the port-side saloon seating. This seating doubles as a sea-berth. Shelving forward and lockers above here. Forward of the centreboard you find the fold down saloon table amidships. The table top is in need of replacing or repair but upholstery is in good condition both on the port side and on the L shaped starboard side settee. To starboard of the galley you have the dedicated walk in head/shower cabin. Moving forward through the saloon you gain access to the forward twin single Vee berths that could easily be converted to a double. Again, storage below here. There is a large deck hatch over for natural lighting and air movement throughout the yacht. Back through the saloon past the nav/station are the port and starboard large quarter berths that can double as storage compartments. The engine access is under the lift off companionway stairs. Remarks
Current owner has held this well known vessel since conception and spent many years living aboard with partner, up and down our great coastline. By all accounts she sails to windward well and will out-preform most current production cruising yachts. The boat presents nicely topsides and is likewise below decks. Having held her title since the build, you can be assured there will be a lot of information available to her new owner, on Closing. She is a typical Adams with fairly fine lines and great sailing abilities if you like to push her along. Plenty of sail plans to chose from to keep you on your toes if you like to get a little competitive. Located in a marina here in Brisbane, we can get you aboard via appointment.
