The Adams Carina 44 is the ideal size for a cruising yacht. With her centreboard design she will appeal to sailors needing a shallow draft but once out in the blue water with board down she will no doubt preform well both on the wind and downwind. She has seen some serious upgrades over past years and is presenting very nicely as the images will attest to. Sellers have sailed her on the east coast and have been working toward some serious cruising but focus has changed now, so they are offering their yacht up for sale. Internally she presents well and having twin doubles along with a good sized Vee double forward as well as a second shower/head compartment, guests or crew are well catered for. As an added bonus, she is an Australian Registered vessel and has seen a recent anti-foul and hull polish in July 2024 as well as all through-hull and ball valves replaced.

REMARKS: Overall this Adams Carina 44 will make a great vessel to explore our coast in detail and also be very capable of taking on offshore passages as required. She will be a fast boat as Joe Adams had a reputation of designing a finer hull shape and combining that with a comfortable interior. There has been a lot of upgrades done over the last 10 years and we recommend having a closer look at this yacht if a shallow draft and plenty of upgrades are something you have been looking for. We have an extensive file of images showing all manner of details aboard and including out of water shots taken during the last haulout and anti-foul in April 2024.
