The Amel Maramu is a well regarded, extremely strong and seaworthy, and durable sailing yacht made from and for circumnavigators. The boat is fully equipped for long distance cruising with all systems necessary for ocean crossings and self sufficient boat life with over 60 kEUR of upgrades over the past years (amongst others watermaker, 1200 Wp solar, 590 Ah LiFePO-batteries, 2 kW Generator, Windpilot, new chart plotter, Doppler radar and AIS, 1000 l Watertank, 500 l Diesel, maststeps, washing machine, copper coat, cuttlery and cockery, tools and spares, etc., see detaled list below).
Due to our age, we plan to continue our circumnavigation on a catamaran, so the boat is for sale now after having been a perfect companion for the last 8 years and 25.000 nautical miles. She is technically in very good condition with no maintenance backlog, but she is an old lady and optically could benefit from some TLC. Nothing serious, however, just cosmetics. She is ready to cross the next ocean tomorrow, just bring your toothbrush.
The boat is well priced as we are motivated to realise a quick sale to continue our journey.
