Skylark 11 is the last boat fully constructed by 'Arends Yachts', Build Number 51. Launched in 1995 for Ken & Betty Boyce & subsequently Displayed at the Sydney Boat show. With a 'Sugar Scoop' Transom, Larger Rudder & Modified keel. This was known as the 'Arends 36'. The exceptional full teak fit-out and quality furnishings and fittings have been well maintained. All boats systems have been maintained and or replaced almost regardless of cost through the life of this boat, with Logbook service history and documentation from launch date available!
The Hull has recently received a full 'Bottom Job' with bronze Skin fitting & v/v check new cutlass bearing. West System Epoxy and Altex coatings applied. Topsides Gelcoat, Hatches and Portlights are in good condition & well maintained. The boat is well equipped for serious Offshore sailing with excellent Autopilot, Navigation and safety equipment. Providing comfortable Short or Single-handed economical sailing.
