With a sturdy aluminium mast that boasts a single spreader and aluminium boom, and new standing rigging from 2022, this yacht is now ready for a new owner.
The mast is deck stepped into a metal mast step bracket, with a furler on the forestay and a solid boom vang, the chainplates are large stainless-steel straps well fiberglassed to the hull structure, so you can rest assured that they're strong and secure.
This fin keel yacht features a comfortable and spacious interior layout, with a berth on both port and starboard sides in the aft cabin, which can be accessed via a step down from the cockpit. From there, you can step back up into the cockpit and down into the main cabin, where you'll find a the head and saloon dinette on the port side and a the galley and saloon settee on the starboard side. Forward of the saloon through the main bulkhead there is a double V-berth.
The hull of the yacht is constructed of fiberglass and is in good condition, with the keel integral to the hull. There's a large rudder well attached to the back of the skeg, and a three-blade propeller mounted on a Bukh sail drive. And when it's time to relax, you can retreat under the fiberglass/plywood/Perspex hard top dodger that covers the companionway entrance.
The yacht also features a wheel at the aft end of the cockpit, with the instruments and single lever engine control within easy reach. The steering wire, pulleys, and quadrant are easily accessed through the aft cabin. And with two Barlow 27 Self-Tailing winches, two Barlow 26 winches, two Maxwell 23 Self-Tailing winches, and four Maxwell 16 winches, you'll have no trouble controlling the sails.
