Catalina 310 Just Listed

'Savannah' is a 2002 Catalina 310 that is now listed exclusively for sale with YOTI Sydney Harbour.

Launched in 2002,'Savannah' is an excellent example from designer Gerry Douglas who's aim with the Catalina 310 was to create a big boat in a small hull. The Catalina 310 is renowned for its ability to be easily handled by two people, with two tailing Lewmar winches well aft in reach of the skipper and all halyards and sail trim lines leading aft to sheet stoppers and winches on the cabin top. There is space enough for outings with family or friends, or to accommodate 4 people in privacy and comfort for that long weekend.

'Savannah' has a deckhouse that extends well forward of the mast for full headroom in the forward cabin and a large comfortable cockpit fitted with Princess Seats, and a walk-through transom with a folding swim ladder.

The companionway leads into a bright and airy saloon with a dinette to port a two-seater lounge to starboard, a well laid out L shaped galley, with stove, refrigerator and lockers and a well-equipped navigation station. The interior is of high quality, finished with honey-teak bulkheads and trims. The owner's cabin with its large island double berth is truly luxurious. Another double berth under the cockpit is also bright and comfortable.

'Savannah' received a new 28hp Volvo diesel in 2023 which has just 45hrs on the clock. She received new batteries in 2024, and she is fitted with a Raytheon sounder and wind instruments. Her standing rigging was replaced in 2017, and she has been continually cared for and maintained to a high standard.
