"MASQUERADE" is a neat example of the 975 designed by Bob Salthouse NZ and built by Cavalier Yachts in Aus. With factory fitout, Masquerade has been a great family cruiser for over 30 years with current owner. It has many upgrades, including solid dodger, wheel steering, autopilot, GPS, canvas sun awnings, fresh water coolled diesel engine, and electric windlass. A eutectic frideg freezer keeps the drinks cold, and the interior is clean, dry, nice upholstery and interior timberwork, plus it doesnt smell. Quantum sails with furling Headsail, slab reefing, boom bag and lazyjacks with all lines back to the cockpit. Retiring from sailing now, so includes fibreglass cat hull dingy, Honda air cooled 4 stroke, fenders, and everything else. Currently on swing mooring in Geelong, which may be available subject to Lagoon Boat Club membership conditions.
Slipping can be arranged at the LBC for prospective purchaser, priced to sell.
