Designed to be the ultimate cruiser, the CSY 44 boasts an exceptional reputation as a truely seaworthy, comfortable, and capable Bluewater cruiser. These incredible vessels were built to the highest standard with quality the guiding factor rather than build cost. The hand laid hulls is over 2 inches thick, and the solid fibreglass decks are exceptionally strong, making the vessel truely robust. This combined with a spacious and comfortable interior, impressive sailing performance, and durability, has made them as highly sought after now as when they were first built! This vessel is an excellent example of the design, having been well maintained its fastidious current owner. It features many significant upgrades including a NEW 2016 110HP DIESEL ENGINE, GEARBOX, SHAFT AND GORI PROP, NEW 2021 STAYSAIL ON FURLER, NEW 2020 ALL BATTERIES AND PARTIAL REWIRE, the list goes on! The vessel has also been freshly cut and polished, professionally detailed, and anti-fouled in June 2021 so that it is ready for its next owner to step onboard and enjoy! Whether you are looking for a live-aboard, family yacht, or Bluewater cruiser to fulfil your most ambitious aspirations, this vessel does it all in style and comfort!

Stepping inside, the volume of the vessel has to be seen to be appreciated. With a minimum of 6'4" headroom (up to 6'7" in many areas!) the internal space is sure to impress. The saloon is midships and features a large timber dinette with seating for 8 in comfort on the neatly upholstered settees. The generous galley is to starboard and has all the amenities of a small apartment. There is a 3 burner gas stove with oven, microwave, double bowl sink with H/C pressurised water, and large front opening fridge and freezer. Past the galley is the master suit. Here the timber work is exceptional and the cabin has a warm and traditional feel. It is beautifully appointed with a large double berth, extensive storage and hanging space, and full ensuite with toilet, shower, and vanity. The second private cabin is forward. This again features a large double, and is adjacent to the guest bathroom. This has a separate shower bay with duel access. On the port side is the nav station. This is sure to please the most discerning yachtsman. Featuring a full chart table, extensive electronics, it is also next to the engine room door for easy access. Rarely do we find a walk in engine compartment on a cruising yacht, and this has to be one of the best we have seen! With full headroom, it allows easy access to the engine, Northern Lights generator, fuel systems, and there is even a work bench!

Stepping up into the cockpit, its full set of clears give complete protection in any weather, and it also makes for an excellent entertaining or alfresco dinning space. Adorned with cushions, it's an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the view. The vessel is set up to be easily managed short handed, and features a Raymarine Autopilot (with NEW 2020 control panel), self tailing primary winches, and excellent electronics. Sail handling is a breeze with the main in the boom bag with lazy jacks, and both genoa and staysail on furlers. The vessel is also equipped with strong dinghy davits, and a quality Highfield inflatable tender is included in the package. There is easy access around the vessel, with the high bulwarks and guardrails offering excellent security. This is a vessel that really looks after its crew!

This vessel is powered by a NEW 2016 Yanmar 110HP Turbo Diesel Engine with only 867 hours on the clock. As part of the install both fuel tanks were replaced, and additional filters added to polish the fuel going into the day tank. This vessel cruises comfortably and economically at 6 to 7 knots, with the reliability that only a new engine can provide!

Whether you want to cruise the stunning waters of Tasmania, around Australia, or circumnavigate the globe, with its unbeatable reputation and significant upgrades, this vessel will be hard to go past. An inspection is highly recommended. For more information please call Jo Breen on 0432031100 or John Radonic on 0459322862.
