Martin i Racing 36 Super 11 + is the ultimate Super 11 Racer. This 36ft Grand Prix race boat can compete with a variety of exceptional race boats of similar size and performance.
Martini Racing 36 Super 11 + is an evolution from Martini Racing 33 prototype and the Racer Cruiser T980 hull design of which two productions boats were built. These race boats have been sailing competitively in Port Philip and beyond for many years.
After extensive consultation with International Marine Engineers and experienced sailors, this competitive and well proven hull design has been re-engineered and
standing rigging, 2.4 metre extendable carbon fibre bow pole, carbon fibre keel, inboard mounted carbon fibre rudder utilising super heavy duty JP3 rudder bearings. Along with priceless words of wisdom during the build process too numerous to mention.
Martini Racing 36 Super 11 is specifically designed to be very competitive in all Super11/PHS/AMS & IRC rated events. Martini Racing 36 Super 11 is designed to provide efficient use of space. The end result is a very clean and sleek, cutting edge design.
Low profile "racing" deck for less windage and weight, while making it easier for crew work. Watertight compartments fore and aft ensures easy access to rudder, tiller pilot and storage etc.
With a superior RM to most of our competitors, Martini Racing 36 Super 11 is offshore capable to CAT2 with newly designed front and rear watertight compartments. Hull, deck & interior are of foam sandwich composite construction to ensure maximum rigidity and exceptional lightweight performance. Carbon fibre is extensively specified in high load construction areas. The huge cockpit is designed to accommodate maximum crew numbers. The redesigned interior offers an incredible amount of space down below when compared to similar styled racers.
While the cockpit and flush deck are all business, the low-profile cabin offers an incredible amount of comfort for a race boat. The use of custom moulded interior components and painstaking attention to detail has ensured that the interior of the boat is as clean and uncluttered as the cockpit. Mast mounted Jumbo Electronics are housed in a custom made carbon fibre housing.
The entire package is designed to be easy to transport to help minimise the hassle and expense associated with campaigning the boat in different venues. It has a lifting keel, Keel stepped mast and an easily removable balanced rudder that combine to make trailering and launching as effortless as possible.
Martini Racing 36 Super 11 + is also specifically designed to be easy to sail as its lightweight construction helps to make the boat easy to handle. The perfectly balanced helm
gives the skipper plenty of control and the use of a retractable bowsprit, asymmetric spinnakers and non-overlapping jibs makes tacking and gybing a breeze.
