Effie is a sound, low-maintenance vessel in good condition. Built of GRP in 1982 by well known South Australian shipwright Allan Smith for her original owner Bruce Dinham, she subsequently spent 18 years with Eric Millard, an equally fastidious owner. Her third owner has continued the tradition and she's been regularly sailed and upgraded. Antifouling and Propspeed done in November 2023 and hull pressure cleaned on slip March 2024.
