HUGE PRICE REDUCTION - WORK REQUIRED
The Duncanson 35 is one of the great Australian designs which have truely stood the test of time. With an excellent reputation for their sea keeping abilities and sailing performance, beautiful classic lines, and good interior space, they remain a popular choice for coastal and offshore cruising. This particular example of the design was built by John Duncanson for his own use and boasts a warm timber fitout.

Inside, the accommodation is excellent with a large double in the forepeak, two single berths in the saloon and two quarter berths providing ample room for a family. The L shaped galley is to Starboard and includes a 2 burner Stove with Grill, Large top opening Fridge, Twin Stainless steel sinks with electric and manual fresh water pumps, and ample storage.

On deck, the vessel has been well set up for shorthanded sailing and features both a headsail furler and boom bag with lazy jacks for easy use. The large spray dodger provides excellent protection for the cockpit, with sheet winches being easily accessed from the helm position. The Raymarine autopilot and other instruments add to the capabilities of this vessel.

The vessel is powered by a NEW 2003 Volvo 30HP which has been well maintained and easily achieves a cruising speed of 6 knots.

This vessel presents a great opportunity to obtain a safe and reliable cruising yacht with a serious pedigree at a price to reflect work required. For more information please call Tony Campbell on 0459 926 380
