The Endeavour 24 is at the Royal Perth Yacht Club in pen B4.
I am selling the Endeavour 24 on behalf of my father. He has owned the Endeavour 24 since new. He is now 88 years old and has not been able to safely use the Endeavour 24 for about 3 years. The price is low due to the monthly cost of keepng the Endeavour 24 at RPYC. It is currently insured for $5,500.
The new owner will have the option to retain the use of pen B4 subject to the Royal Perth Yacht Club terms and conditions. If you wish to retain the pen you must to be a full member of the Royal Perth Yacht Club.

RPYC On-Going Full Membership and Pen costs
Monthly Membership Fee $167.75
Monthly Pen Fee $259
Annual Capital Levy $250
The above works out around $5,371 per year or $448 per month. There is also a six monthly house support levy of $197.50.
