This is a rare opportunity to own an Australian-built M26 (Marieholm 26 / Folkboat evolution) constructed by Dulmison Marine. The M26 shares the legendary, bulletproof underwater profile of the International Folkboat famous for its sea-kindly motion and exceptional stability but features a raised cabin with functional head room.
M26 is stiff, forgiving yacht that handles steep, short chop (like we get in Port Phillip or Western Port) far better than modern lightweight fin-keelers. She would suit someone upgrading from a dinghy or looking for a stress-free first keelboat.
Key Specifications:
Length: 26 ft (7.85m)

Draft: 1.2m
Keel: Full, encapsulated lead (no keel bolts to worry about)

12l inboard petrol tank.
New 2025 I-com VHF, LED cabin lights, new 100Ah Renogy lithium battery plus 50W solar panel and charger.
New 2025 Raymarine i50 depth sounder with inboard transducer.
New electric wiring and switchboard in 2025.
ST-1000 tiler autopilot.
Electric and manual bilge pumps.
2 anchors with 30m of chain.
2.3' Inflatable dingy.
2 PFDs, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, flares.
Porta Potti toilet.
This yacht served as my perfect entry point into keelboats. I have spent 90% of my time sailing her single-handed exploring wonders of Western Port and coastal areas, and she handles it effortlessly. She is completely ready to sail and requires no work beyond regular routine maintenance.
A major advantage of this boat is the outboard motor setup. Because the outboard provides directional thrust, it acts like a stern thruster, giving you exceptional maneuverability in the marina and making tight docking stress-free. It also keeps ownership simple--you avoid the complicated plumbing, wiring, and expensive servicing of an inboard system, while saving significant weight and freeing up a huge amount of interior storage space.
