Batteries replaced August 2022 - Lifeline 2 x 100 AH AGM house, 1 x AGM start.
Additional Inventory information:
o 4 Marelon Seacocks fitted June 2012, replacing possibly poor quality metal seacocks, as advised by Windcraft
o True Design Mainsail Track fitted December 2010 - can drop main sail from cockpit under its own weight
o 600 watt power winch for main halliard hauling when single handed
o Replaced multiturn Seacock on Saildrive with 90 degree unit, much easier to use
o Deckwash pump and two way diverter from midships seacock for sea water head flushing (fresh water from vanity is preferred to minimise smells) - seacock under vanity with diagram showing use
o Solar panels on Bimini (2 x 40 watt), plus davits for small dinghy
o Pure sine wave inverter
o In addition to fixed VHF radio, handheld VHF radio and spare battery and charger
o Man overboard recovery sling, lifejackets, life buoy, fenders etc
o Anchor winch control can be connected in cockpit or foredeck hatch

o In-line sea water strainer installed June 2024, to improve cooling water flow. Please note, when cleaning sea strainer undo the end of the strainer closer to sail drive. If you remove the complete unit it is easy to install strainer the wrong way and block water to engine. There is an arrow on the strainer showing direction of the water flow.

o Engine battery switch in cupboard in aft starboard cabin. Position 1 connects motor start battery, Position 2 connects house if start battery is low. "Both" allows solar to charge both batteries. A VSR connects House and Start batteries when Start is greater than 12.7 volts, after engine has been running, disconnects Start battery from House to stop Start battery from being discharged when voltage less than 12.7V
o House battery switch is in the aft starboard cabin, below the bunk cushion behind the engine, normally left on to keep bilge pump connected
o Low voltage disconnect for house batteries, reset button behind instrument panel
o Exhaust Temperature alarm, useful when seawater flow is obstructed or pump fails located in starboard aft cabin
o Carbon monoxide and fire alarms in main cabin
o Gas leak alarm located in starboard aft cabin
o Engine hour meter located in starboard aft cabin - add 830 hours to reading
o Ultrasonic antifouling system (Jaycar) - extends time between slipping for antifouling - extends to slipping interval to 18 - 24 months with occasional visits from diver - control located in starboard aft cabin
o Permanent mainsail preventer and jib traveller lines (can easily be removed)
o Audio system, turn on SOUND at switch panel, then power button on stereo amplifier (top left), aux (top right). Turning SOUND off at switch panel turns amplifier off. AUX input for music input from phone (3mm cable provided). Internal (inside cupboards) and exterior speakers installed
o LED lamps fitted internally and externally
o Full yacht documentation, as supplied by Windcraft, plus operation and service manuals for Yanmar YM20 engine and SD20 saildrive
