RECENT WORKS AND UPGRADES
A technical inspection of SWEETLY was carried out on 17 June 2025. The report recorded the yachts condition at the time and made a number of maintenance and replacement recommendations. The seller states that the recommended works have since been carried out. The inspection should be read as a record of the inspection, rather than independent confirmation of every subsequent repair.
An invoice, dated 25 August 2025, records work on the underwater hull and topsides. It includes removal of previous underwater coatings; treatment of the keel and bulb with two coats of rust passivator; application of International Interprotect primer and three coats of International Micron 350 antifouling; preparation and painting of the topsides in grey; deck gelcoat polishing; and work to the sail locker. It also records replacement of hull and saildrive anodes, Victron electrical installation work, battery cabling, seven interior ceiling lights and the supply and installation of OceanLED underwater stern lights.
An invoice, dated 15 August 2025, records engine and Honda outboard servicing labour, replacement of the VHF antenna, mast and rig inspection, sail and lazy-jack work, supply and installation of TruDesign through-hull fittings and valves, work to the bow thruster leg, and saildrive diaphragm work.
The seller states that further works and upgrades include a 600Ah lithium domestic battery bank; Victron Quattro 5000 inverter/charger and Cerbo GX monitoring; 400W solar installation; renewal of freshwater and WC hoses; two electric toilets and associated bathroom fittings; replacement bilge and shower pumps; overhaul of the folding propeller, rudder and steering components; replacement of two lower shrouds; a new full-batten mainsail fitted in August 2025; a new self-tacking genoa from August 2025, reportedly unused; and replacement sprayhood and bimini.
